Executive Director/Cofounder: Tammy Filzen has a master’s degree in education and is the head women’s basketball coach at Carleton College. She brings vision, organizational skills, and management to the various components of the ministry.

Director of Counseling/Cofounder: Connie Olson  has a master’s degree in counseling psychology. She helps women identify and work through the root cause of painful situations impacting their lives.

Property Manager: Suzanne Holm brings a wide variety of skills to manage all things related to the buildings, grounds, and animals.

Joanne’s House Manager: Melissa Beckman serves our guests by greeting them, cooking, cleaning, and attending to all their needs while they enjoy a quiet retreat. 

The Chalet Manager: Julie Hoag welcomes groups of women who come to spend time with one another. She cleans and ensures that everything runs smoothly.
