Executive Director/Cofounder: Tammy Filzen (back left) has a master’s degree in education and is the head women’s basketball coach at Carleton College. She brings vision, organizational skills, and management to the various components of the ministry.

Director of Counseling/Cofounder: Connie Olson (back right) has a master’s degree in counseling psychology. She helps women identify and work through the root cause of painful situations impacting their lives.

Property Manager: Suzanne Holm (front right) brings a wide variety of skills to manage all things related to the buildings, grounds, and animals. She also helps to serve our guests as needed.

House Manager: Margaret Theobald (front left) delights in greeting and receiving guests. She enjoys showing hospitality with delicious meals and a clean and inviting atmosphere for women to enjoy needed quiet time.
